If your booking is between two blocks of time as indicated above, for example 10am to 2pm, then a full day at the rate of $100.00 will be charged.

To avoid charges cancellation must be made 2 business days prior to your booking.
If your meeting is after 5pm Chamber staff will arrange for you to have a key to open and lock up.
Please pick up the key by 2pm on the day of your booking and return by 10am the following day.
Renter is responsible for any damage to site or equipment.
