Level 1 - Under 10 Employees - $210 per year (+ HST)
Level 2 - 11 - 25 Employees - $325 per year (+ HST)
Level 3 - 26 - 74 Employees - $440 per year (+ HST)
Level 4 - Over 75 Employees - $550 per year (+ HST)

All corporate members are responsible for the charges incurred by their designated members.
